An Encyclopedia of Flying Saucers, an unpublished manuscript by Vernon Bowen, has finally been printed in a limited edition. Vernon Bowen worked on his Flying Saucer text from 1957 to 1961. He decided before submitting it to the publisher that he would send the original, typed version to the Air Force for review to make sure everything relating to the Air Force was accurate. Well that was the last time it was seen until 1999 when this same manuscript turned up in the mailbox of the UFO researcher, Timothy Cooper. There are ties to MJ-12, which will be a sure fire controversy.
