The above YouTube video clip shows a collection of alleged alien pictures. Although I do not dismiss the idea of extra terrestrials, I think that these alien pictures are probably all fake. I have a couple of arguments to support my opinion. First, all alien pictures seem to show variations of the same type of being. The alien usually has a head that is out of proportion with its child-like skinny body. The head always resembles an upside down triangle. The eyes are always huge and black. The nose is never more than two vague nostril holes and the mouth is a petite slit. This is a stereotypical image. People have been conditioned to think an alien should look this way. We arrogantly assume that aliens resemble humans in that they all have two arms, two legs, two eyes a nose and a mouth. Why should an alien resemble anything on this planet? The fact that these alien pictures show variations of the exact same human-like alien suggests, at least to my mind, that they are all bogus. I have the same opinion of UFO pictures. Why do most of them show the alien craft as a saucer like shape? Images we see in the media have taught us to think that this is what they should look like.
I actually think it probable that aliens exist. After all, the universe is a vast place. However, I find it difficult to believe that technologically advanced beings from another galaxy would be too curious about cruel, greedy humans or the polluted planet we call home. I don't think that human beings are nearly as awesome as many of us would like to think. If I were an alien, I'd probably avoid the Earth or at least view it from a safe distance.
